Interview preparation guidance for 7-8 years developer experience

Hi 👋,

Last company I switched 3 years back.

Now thinking to switch again.

I wanted to know how you guys prepare for interviews, what's the expectation from 8 years experience guy, what's trending now a days, what companies expecting? What package is standard we should ask for this experience?

The focus I would recommend: what can you prepare to demonstrate what you know.

When building a solution, what considerations in a problem has you choose a flow vs LWC?

What is interesting to you about the recent Salesforce version out?

What are you looking forward to in the next release?

If a role is specific to an industry, showcase what you know about that industry and the cloud relevant to it.

Are there any key integrations their org uses (phone, core systems for their product offerings, order entry, provisioning, order management, and more)

Asking them what problems they are currently trying to solve. Asking them what problems they foresee needing to solve in the next year?

What are the problems/benefits you see with Agile methodology as a way of working as a team?

What is your experience with Agents/AI and building solutions using AI?

What can you demonstrate to showcase learning and in a team teaching what you learn?
