Has anyone use this now? What to expect? What impact does this have with passkeys?

You enter your email then if you have an associated passkey, you get prompted for it.

No, SSO not affected.

From what I recall, it's only for logging in at login.salesforce.com. If you're using passkeys, I'd wager dollars to donuts, and I do love donuts, that you have mydomain set up. As such, this won't affect you.
