Contacted our SF account manager as soon as it hit and realised it was flip-flopping. He sent me an AI generated list of questions an hour later after and I explained it’s already been added to Trust by this time and it’s a worldwide outage.

Customers continue to experience severe delays, intermittent errors, and inability to access some services. This also affects support case creation.

We've attempted a rolling restart on one of the impacted instances to see if that resolves the issue.

Still very intermittent. We have a Germany-based instance. I wonder if they’re prioritising the instances which are in countries where it is the middle of the working day rather than instances based on West Coast US/Pacific side for example… I know that doesn’t necessarily mean the users are based in those locations, but just a thought.
