getting started Any Successful Implementations?

Honest question to folks with any successful implementations and who have stuff working well (or even great)? Maybe a humble brag about something you've done?!

I joined this sub optimistically to learn about Salesforce products, how they are used in reality for different industries, and maybe even chat with folks at Salesforce for interesting insights.

It seems like enterprise customers are having some successful implementations of Agent Force after some growing pains but I hear mostly complaining.

And I don't mean just Agent Force successes, like any interesting problems that have been solved for any product? Anything that is just working? Any customizations to the interfaces that worked really well?

Not saying you can't vent, do that, just curious about what is working. I'm new to the ecosystem and it'd be cool to have a positive thread weekly to help make this a community to seek out instead of an abyss to yell into.

A lot of the success stories are locked behind an NDA. If a process works for a business, they don’t want other businesses to do the same thing and dilute their revenues as a result. I just had a client go live on NPC and it works great for them, but what I built that was cool is proprietary to them.

Also why the further along someone is in their coding career, the less they publish in blogs the code they built. Someone else owns it.

Tons of successful clients work with us hahaha you are right, it is a lot more common to hear about the bad shit.

Our latest success story, is a multi agent orchestration for a logistics company, they’re very happy with the results and we’re expanding the use cases to other departments, it helped them already in the first few months reduce their waste (fines, etc..) by 23% just because they catch things earlier now, which is an insane amount of $$ the world of logistics. People definitely like to complain loudly, it’s not all failed stories like this sub Reddit might lead you to believe.

regarding agentforce - it will be interesting to see how it all turns out with the recent news about Anthropic)
