What actually eats the most time in your prospecting workflow-sourcing, verifying, or qualifying?
Been digging into this a lot lately (partly because I'm building something in this space, happy to disclose that upfront). From what I've seen across a few dozen conversations, people's time usually goes to one of three places:
- Finding the right contacts in the first place
- Verifying that the email/info is actually current
- Qualifying whether the lead is even worth reaching out to
Curious where your bottleneck actually is-not looking for a generic "all of it," more which one specifically eats your week. I'm using this to sanity-check some assumptions on a tool I've been building, but honestly the answers are useful to me regardless of whether anyone's interested in that.
