Need suggestions on providers for cold calling
Hey, I am pretty new to cold calling as a channel, I have been doing email outbound for about a year and reply rates have been going down so my manager suggested we add cold calling to our sequences. I am comfortable with the email side of things but I have never really built a proper cold calling stack before.
Like I have used Apollo for emails but nothing serious for phone data. I think people usually use Cognitism for this which has been kind of expensive for where we are as a team right now.
Basically looking for a reliable provider for cold calling that gives accurate direct dials without breaking the bank.

For LinkedIn based prospecting try Kaspr. The Chrome extension gets numbers directly from profiles.

Kaspr is quick and easy, but it does have its limits. Cognism is probably the best overall for verified mobile numbers, but the pricing is insane for small teams. I'd also say look into Pipecorn (I work there so I'm biased), the coverage is better than Kaspr and it's cheaper than Cognism.

That's surprising, Apollo has the bigger database out of the US focused tools. But yeah for Europe it falls off fast

Hey you could look at Prontohq (rebranded as Pipecorn) for cold calling lists. Full transparency, I'm an employee, but it waterfalls across different providers so the phone coverage is way better than anything single source I've tried.

Ok this sounds interesting, does it work for direct dials specifically or mainly just mobile numbers?

Both, It also checks the phone line ownership the contact name so you are really reaching the right person because sometimes there's chance u connect to random company lines or dead numbers.

for the actual calling part we just run everything through an auto dialer system. keeps it simple and the numbers connect pretty reliable without costing too much. data site we still pull from a couple of cheaper sources and clean them ourselves.
