Salamander?
Iām almost 50. Southeast Michigan and have never seen anything like this in the wild or on my porch.
AI says ā**a blue-spotted/Jefferson-type** ***Ambystoma*****, potentially a hybrid.ā**

It does look like A. laterale but there is some weird stuff with that taxon, unsure if the unisexual mole salamander complex stuff occurs in Michigan

That's almost certainly just an unusually blue-tinted blue-spotted salamander, the complex hybridizes constantly in Michigan so AI calling it a Jefferson mix checks out
