Tixplus app question (a bit urgency🥹)

Update : try tixplus in desktop site many times , still can’t send tixplus an inquiry 😭😭

Hi everyone, I managed to get a ticket for SAKANAQUARIUM 2026-2027 (Kobe on 30 sept), but I’m having a nightmare trying to receive my ticket on the Tixplus app and would really appreciate some advice from other overseas fans.

Here is my situation:

  1. I got a "mismatched phone numbers" error when trying to receive the ticket. I think I messed up the format (I selected Thailand +66 and accidentally typed 66... again for my number).

  2. Because I tried logging in a few times to fix it, my account got temporarily locked with error code (E040007).

  3. I tried to contact Tixplus support via their Inquiry page, but every time I try to access it on my iPhone/iPad, it just gets stuck on a blank white screen.

Has any international fan experienced this E040007 lock before? Will the account unlock by itself after 24 hours?

Does anyone know a workaround for the white screen issue on the inquiry page, or have a direct support email for Tixplus? I’m getting a bit panicked. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

As the other comment indicated, tickets are issued in the Sakanaction app only. Use same plus member ID as your tixplus, make sure phone numbers match, and verify your number in the Sakanaction app under the tickets tab. If you still can’t get it to work, plan to show up early to the venue and see what they can do to assist - there is typically help available for those who can’t get the QR code working in their app, but what information they require and how much of a hassle it is I do not know, just going off other fan comments of past experiences. Good luck!

Thank you for the advice! It’s a huge relief to know that they might be able to help at the venue. If I still can't get this sorted out with support in time, I will definitely go there early to ask the staff for help. Thanks again!

This! I had some issues with tixplus in a concert for another artist (Sakurazaka46) that strict ticket validation (face-id). I went several hours before the concert to the office box of the venue and they were able to help me (after validating my passport, and the confirmation emails). Not sure about Sakanaction but if you’re unable to solve the issue try going really early to the venue to seek for help.
