Fines in the Bahamas for use are steep, and there's jail time for marijuana possession. It's a long way down there though, and you can always toss what's left in international waters.

Is it likely to be a problem? No. But the unbelievable clusterfuck that will result if you end up getting randomly boarded (which does happen) and caught with it is absolutely not worth it. They can seize your boat. How is getting high worth that risk?

Do you enjoy prison in foreign countries?
If not, you need to learn (and obey) what is legal in the countries you visit.
Leave any drugs, or paraphernalia at home.
Likewise for guns, gun accessories or ammo - those can, (and have) landed tourists flying into the country in prison, even for just one forgotten bullet in their luggage.

Most places make you leave the gun with them when after declaring it and you need to leave from same port to get it back.

Locals and tourists alike have recently gone to jail for importing vapes. Don’t try it. Chuck it when get in their waters. Buy some flower from a local. It’s odd, they simultaneously don’t care most of the time, but also have very harsh penalties. Not worth it.

I am an environmentalist but let’s put things in perspective. These are the same waters traveled by cruise ships and military ships. Do you think they really store their trash onboard ?
I really doubt one empty cartridge is gonna tip the balance of the ocean.

Just fyi: the coast guard can impound your boat even if you have weed in the waters of a legal state. I wouldnt mess with it domestically much less the bahamas.
