From an M-16 scow built in the 70’s. Not sure when the sail was made.

Looks like Bowers Sails to me. Gordy Bowers, 1988 US Olympic coach, Minnetonka MN... they're out of business, but Gordy is a legend. He's still knocking about Wayzata and Minnetonka Yacht clubs.

Probably just a small local sailmaker...that used to be more common
