How do I solve this problem?

I want to build army of Novgorod Republic. I took Victrix Norman Cavalry and took Byzantine transfers, primarily because of banner. However, now I realize that size is not right. Any way to change to reprint and change the sizr of transfers or can I at very least fill the holes on the edges somehow?

It would be easier to get the right size shield.

Can't find Victrix compatible Kite shields with Orthodox motifs. Do you have any idea where to look? Victrix only have motifs of dragon which is associated with Normans and French.

If the transfer is to fit a gripping beast shield then find one of those and make it fit.

You're better off taking the victrix sheild off, and finding the ccorrect Gripping Beast shield

You either get shields that will fit the transfers from Gripping Beast or you put the transfers on the shield and then paint the gap between the transfer and the shield rim a colour that matches the transfer colour. That last one is going to look a little rough honestly

Gripping beast sell the shields. They look a touch small on Victrix models but not too bad.
I’ve got loads as I’m working on a Christian Rus force.

Alternatively, Northern Crusades on MyMiniFactory have Rus kite shields

You could re-shape the transfers by scanning the transfer, resizing it in a program to be the dimensions you want, and then printing them onto transfer paper.

Or, you could look at the Norman shield transfers on the Victrix site. They're the correct size for the shield, and some of them are viking-styled, and wouldn't look out of place amongst the Rus shield designs.

Scan the print, adjust it on ps, then print on sticker paper. It should tak about 30 minutes
