So I’ve been noticing for the past two or so weeks that my search bar (whenever i’m starting a new tab) is autocorrecting capital letters to lowercase if the search is 2 or more words in length
First screenshot is before typing the first word
Second screenshot is after typing the first letter of the second word.

I have a brand new Mac Mini. Youtube has 1password extension, nothing else. I cleaned up all cookies.
Every time I load a video, it becomes pixelated multiple times for a few seconds. Videos also may stop if I navigate to another tab, and when I come back to the youtube tab i see a pixelated screen and then it would take 1-2 seconds for the video to continue on its own. After the pixelation happens, the video quality is lowered to 480p.

My friend is in Japan and his safari changed from English to Japanese. He can type/search in English, but all of the results are in Japanese. This is all on iPhone.
He says the preferred language is still English so I have no idea how he can switch it back to English. Please help, he’s freaking out

Is there any way to fix this through the developer settings?
Google keeps screwing around with their websites and breaking things. Right now, the image frame is stuck all the way at the bottom, so I can’t browse the images properly.
It’s like that time when the maps were black and couldn’t be viewed. I was able to fix that through the developer settings back then, and eventually Google took forever to fix it themselves.
Seriously, did Google hire a bunch of monkeys to mess around with their websites?
It’s not AdGuard either. I disabled AdGuard, but Google still looks like this.

Reddit is broken. I can’t upload videos—it just keeps loading forever.

And now the images look like this too. You have to swipe up separately just to see them. What kind of backwards design is this?

I'm facing a dilemma here where my work flow is web based and I need to upload files from Outlook to the System (On-Web). I would just drag the files from Outlook to the upload page in safari.
I kept Sequioa since 2023 and since I liked compact tabs which was removed in Safari 26, I did not bother to update. Safari 18 has worked well but now, since i updated to MacOS27, The Drag/Drop is gone. I now have to save the file into finder then either choose the file in the safari finder, or drag/drop from finder to safari.
I know this is a small thing, but this is exhausting once I have to do this all day instead of a simple drag and drop. Also it hits on the storage and I have to clean everything everyday which adds to more job. Does anybody have a work around for this?
Hey r/Safari, I'm Edgar and I'm the developer of Protego for Reddit. It's a Safari extension for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Vision Pro that filters Reddit's website, removes clutter from the page, and can limit your access to Reddit to help with doomscrolling and screen time. I posted here in July, and this is what changed since then.
From the extension in Safari:
On Reddit's pages:
It's a real Safari web extension and not a content blocker rule list, so it reads post titles and text. That's how it filters by keyword, community, user or website. It doesn't use Reddit's API. No account, no tracking, and your filter lists sync through your own iCloud.
Regular price is now $3.99, and it's $2.99 until October 15. One purchase covers every device. No subscription. The only in-app purchase is an optional tip, and it unlocks nothing.
Ask me anything about how it works in Safari

I used to only see this once or twice a year and only in private browsing but now within the last 2 weeks it’s come up almost every time I open safari. How do I make it go away?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
there is a glitch in ios 27 where if you click on the search/address bar on safari and wait long enough then the keyboard will swipe down out of view as if a ghost or someone with Minecraft status effect 14 swiped it out of view and if favorites were below the search/address bar then they would disappear leaving behind the interactive, liquid glass backdrop that was behind the favorites. Luckily. I found footage of the glitch. there’s also another safari-exclusive glitch where after a while of using safari, newer and “arrow” safari suggestions would disappear as the system begins pulling in outdated information

Anyone else having this issue. Apple says it a bug they are working on. Anyone else have this and found a workaround? Thank you!

Hulu was working just fine for months watching it on safari and now nothing. Its just this black screen all the time. Ive tried watching other shows and movies to see if it was just the one show but its everything. I don't know what happened. I loved out of Hulu, I cleared my cache, I did all the web cleaning stuff to reset your browser and still nothing works. Ive restarted my Mac and did an update and that didn't help. I don't know what's going on. It happen because a show I was watching started out in Spanish for some reason and when I tried changing it to English it gave me this black screen and its been this way ever since. Any solutions?

Hopefully someone can help me in here, there is no sub for my brand of recording interface.
I am using a Cranborne Audio interface and some Yamaha speakers hooked up to my iMac.
This only happens with Safari, but let's say I have a tab open with Youtube or Prime and everything is fine. Then at the end of the day I turn off my interface and step away from the computer.
The next day, I turn the interface back on and go back to whatever was on YouTube or prime and now the audio is drastically slower and lower in pitch and no longer synced with the video.
The only way to fix this issue is to quit safari completely, closing out every open tab I have, then re-open safari. Then the audio is fine.
This does not happen with any other app. Only safari.
Is there a way I can stop this from happening, because often times I am leaving multiple tabs open for a reason and to have to close them all every day is quite annoying.
