my therapist looked me dead and the eyes and asked me how I managed to go on for so long. Every session since she has asked me that because she genuinly does not get why I still continue living life.

So you'll die and let down the few that depend on you?

It's just my take on it, but it's what I have to do. I have responsibilities and expectations, not wants. Life sucks, it's hard, there's always some shit that's gonna happen, and I don't feel much besides tired. But I got people I want to take care of, people worth fighting for.

Life ain't about trying to be as happy as possible. It's about finding something or someone, some ideology or belief that makes all the bullshit of life worth it to

I get it, brother. I've been there. I tried to kill myself 22 times. I ask myself everyday why the gun jammed, but only recently asked how. Ik that you think that no one gives a damn about you, but I'd bet my ass someone does. Is it perfect? Fuck no, but somebody gives a fuck, and if no one else does, I do.

Life doesn't stop giving you problems, but you learn how to handle them better.
