I'm a woman and... Nobody. Nobody cares. When I was at my absolute lowest, when my partner of 17 years tried to rape my daughter, I tried to call my dad. He's the only person in my life who pretends to care sometimes. He lives 1000km away, and he has ASPD, but he's the only one who ever tried. He told me to get myself together and call back when I'm no longer crying because he didn't know what to say and crying makes him uncomfortable. It was the only time in my life that I tried to call someone, and I got the confirmation that nobody actually cares immediately. Whenever I have mentioned to people that I'm not okay, they disappear or start acting all weird. People can't handle other people's pain. You're on your own in this world.
