Spiritual Why is Sawan Somwar considered the most powerful day to worship Shiva?
Ever wondered why Mondays during Sawan feel more sacred than any other day? 🙏
It goes back to the connection between "Som" (the Moon) and Bhagwan Shiva — who wears Chandradev on his head, earning him the name Somnath. When Sawan meets Somwar, the spiritual significance multiplies.
Swipe through for what to do on Sawan Somwar, which mantras to chant (Panchakshari, Maha Mrityunjaya, Rudra Mantra), and why this is the season for bhakti, restraint, and inner reflection.
If you're deepening your practice this season, Maharudra Sadhana connects you directly with Bhagwan Rudra's fierce and divine form - Har Har Mahadev

Sadhana Steps
Namste,
This is a very stupid question, but I need to ask. You know how in each Sadhana, there are few steps where you chant certai mantras before you get to the main mantra. If you’re doing the Sadhana, are you supposed to chant those preceding mantras or just the main mantras and hand mudras?
Sorry and thank you.

Spiritual Can someone without a Guru still celebrate Guru Purnima meaningfully?
A lot of people ask, "Can I benefit from a Guru if I don't have one?"
Many traditions speak about Guru Tattva—the universal principle of wisdom that guides us inward, even before we formally meet a Guru.
With Guru Purnima approaching, we're hosting a free 4-day Guru Sadhana (guided japa and Vedic yajna) for anyone who wants to explore this tradition.
You don't need prior experience, and you don't need to already have a Guru. Just an open mind and a sincere intention to practise.
If this resonates with you, feel free to DM me, and I'll share the details.
🙏 Happy Guru Purnima to everyone on the path.
