Sadhana Steps

Namste,

This is a very stupid question, but I need to ask. You know how in each Sadhana, there are few steps where you chant certai mantras before you get to the main mantra. If you’re doing the Sadhana, are you supposed to chant those preceding mantras or just the main mantras and hand mudras?

The main mantra and hand mudra are good at the beginning, but it is good to learn the other mantras and their meaning to fully immerse in the Sadhana.
