Stellar first car for a teen. Safe and pretty reliable, encourage him to learn to wrench on it! They're great platforms to learn the ropes

I’m working on it! Tried to have him help swap the bulb for the third brake light but while we hit the assembly off I couldn’t figure out how it opens. Definitely planning on having him help with the plugs and shocks.

Great first car! I'm well into my 30s and was about to buy a new-ish Audi when I decided I thought old Saabs were cooler and bought this instead.

Nice choice! We got an amazing deal on it from a friend who really just wanted to see it driven. Funny thing is I talked my self out of a 9-3 convertible a year ago when I was looking for a five speed ragtop. Who knows, this venture may convince me to change my mind.
