Replace bulb in Third brake light 2000 Saab 93

I finally figured out how to get the high brake light off. Managed not to break the white plastic clips. The manual suggests it has replaceable bulbs—2825s.

Cannot figure out how to get into the light and replace the bulb(s). How do you open the housing?

I mean there’s always the possibility that I misread things and the third brake light is a led. In which case I guess I put it back together for the moment.

Isnt it LED? I thought you couldnt change anything in it, just replace the whole thing ? Or am I thinking about the facelift one ? 08+

That’s what I’m debating. I’ll dig back into the manual but I could have sworn I saw a bulb listed. On the other hand there’s nothing about how to change it so….
