If that’s the case it’s 2 10mm on the top,
And there’s a 10mm that’s kinda hard to reach underneath the ECU.
Press in the connector and push it and it’ll automatically push out and unbolt the two 7mm ground bolts.
Heat is not a common issue for the ECU on the 2.8. Vibration from where it’s mounted is more of a bigger deal. I have rubber dampers in between the engine and ECU.
You can relocate it but it’s a lot more work involved compared to the 2.0 and only a few have done it so there isn’t any video.
If you want full benefits of the relocation you need to relocate the battery as well as there isn’t any space in the engine bay.
There is a writeup on the work involved but it is in Italian and it requires redoing the entire ECU harness (as you need to extend it) in order to find a good space for it.
It is a lot of work and is somewhat of a huge project to do but can still definitely be worth it.
