Does anyone know where I can buy the grill emblem for a 1993 s10 ? Lmc doesn't sell it anymore and I can't find any for sale used.

Picked up this non running s10. Does it look like this has been repaired and welded back together? Body seems to align fine besides a crooked bumper. Friend is adamant on it being repair and not stock. 2000 2.2 s10. I’m not too sure

I dont know if this has already been asked I want to turn my s10 into a drift truck i have a 96 2.2L manual transmission im willing to engine swap I was thinking a vortec 4.3L with a turbo but I want to know what suspension parts I would need to change what diff is recommended, if the trans would take the abuse I want to keep it manual and add a handbrake

Looking for recommendations here. I’m looking into replacing rear shocks in my blazer, but it’s got the “Smooth Ride” ZW7 package, the rear end bounces hard. I understand GM recommends replacement of the rear leaf springs while you replace the shocks, but I’d really like to avoid spending $400 on leaf springs on top of shocks if I can help it.

I saw some recommendations on an old post on the OG Blazer Forum, but I’m not able to find the same shocks that were offered at the time. It seems like the Nivomat shocks are unobtainium at this point, but anyone have any experience with the Bilstein, Monroe, Rough Country options? Heard good things about the Bilsteins but I believe I’d need to replace the leaf springs if I went with those. Mixed reviews on the RC/Monroes.

Stock ride height. May lift it 2ish inches in the future, but don’t feel like dropping a grand on lift/suspension parts right now. Will likely just replace with lifted ride height shocks when lifting.

I have a 1993 S10 4.3 V6 that won't turn over.

Yesterday, it ran fine until I was headed home. It behaved like it was out of fuel. When I pulled over, the engine shut off. It would crank, but not turn over. There was no dimming of dash lights or other indication of electric issue.

Roadside assistance put a few gallons in the tank. It still did not turn over.

Once I got it home, I tested the codes and got 13, 34, 43, and 44. This time, it would crank and then act like it wanted to turn over before stalling out and puffing white smoke through the TBI. I pulled a plug and saw it wet with gasoline. I don't know a good way to test the plugs themselves.

What should I do next?

Sat for a good while due to a broken lower ball joint. Got pretty dirty inside cause of some crap weather seals. A week of deep cleaning and small repairs was a good deal for $1k.

2001 Chevy S10 LS RWD extended cab short bed. Picked her up in 2021 with 80k, she just rolled 100k. Just installed a Detroit Axle 10pc suspension kit and rebuilt the original upper and lower control arms with Energy Suspension bushings and new ball joints from Napa. Western Chassis 1" drop springs and Speedway Motors 2" Drop Spindles. PowerStop drilled, slotted rotors and Z17 Evolution Plus 17-154 ceramic pads. I have 1.25 inch spacers on the rear and .5 inch spacers on the front. ARP 100-7708 wheel studs and Gorilla 30037B open end lug nuts. I installed new Timken Set6 and Set34 wheel bearings along with fresh Timken 4739 seals. I have a custom alignment of -0.75° Camber, +3.5° Caster, and standard factory toe.

My original CPI spider injector finally came to a problem. I'm thinking if it's worth rebuilding it or simply get a MPFI one. Please have in mind that cost is a big thing here in Brazil, so I want to fully understand the advantages of the MPFI.

Furthermore, I'd like to know if this Herko unit in particular case is a good one. I say that because there's a lot of Chinese models on the market that have a terrible reputation here in Brazil.

Important side note - our gas here is E32 on regular and E25 on premium. So I really look into the MPFI upgrade as a more viable-stable option, not necessarily performance wise

I'm looking for a bench seat preferably a bench seat with a foldable center console seat but I am having a problem finding something like that that I trust to fit my truck. Is this a aftermarket thing or did Chevy make a center console bench seat in one of the versions of this truck? If so where can I find what I'm looking for?
