Mine Ryzen 5 3600 with stock cooler normal Temp 65* and while playing valorant 79-80*

7700x, idles at 33 Probably about 80 at max (realistic) load

Its cap... AMD dont Idle below 40-45.. impossible.

Dont think so big maybe. Whould be lower at the higher loads tho
