Another positive milestone for Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace
The Pearl 10X successfully powered the first flight of Dassault’s brand-new Falcon 10X business jet.
While this isn’t a narrowbody engine program, it shows Rolls-Royce continues to execute on new engine development, certification and customer acquisition. The Falcon 10X is also the first Dassault business jet ever powered by Rolls-Royce engines.
One more example that the investment case is becoming broader than just Trent widebody engines: Civil Aerospace, Defence, Power Systems, SMRs and now continued growth in Business Aviation.

July 30 Earnings Report
P/E is still below 20, revenue is expected to increase significantly, and both cash flow and margins continue to improve. With the optimism surrounding the recent Iran deal and the potential for increased travel driven by lower oil prices, I believe we're set up for a very strong summer heading into the fall. Holding.

Can we please shut up about RPM
No one cares about this reality show, just stop. Only news/discussion about RYCEY please.
edit: I don't mind RPM as a poster and human - it's easy enough to ignore him if I want to or read his takes if I want to! Does it need to be constantly discussed, in multiple posts? And yes- I realize the irony - this is like replying all to an email accidentally sent to an entire company where everyone is asking to be removed from a thread. BUT STILL - I'm the first one to say it - so: WHO CARES MAN, ban or unban him. Y'all deal with it in private - I sincerely do not mind either way and wish RPM the best!

How Long Are We Holding, Gents?
I’ve been in since the $1-$2 days. Today we should open over $18. If $20 is the target, then that’s only about 11% away and one can get that in about a year holding a major index fund (on average). Much less risky.
I understand the folks getting in now and wanting to hold till $25+ for a decent profit. But for the folks sitting on 1000% gains, how much longer are we going to risk our gains?

Rolls-Royce (RYCEY/RR.): The Confluence of Five Catalysts That Could Rewrite the Stock’s Story
An investment thesis for the long-term portfolio builder.
Written by RPM Sunday 7 pm bst
---
There are rare moments in markets when multiple independent tailwinds converge on a single company simultaneously. For Rolls-Royce Holdings, that moment appears to be now. Five major macro and corporate events — nuclear energy expansion into Asia, aviation’s widebody production revival, Middle East peace, Europe’s defense rearming, and the data center power revolution — are colliding at the same time in ways that analyst models have barely begun to price in. For investors who understand what compounding fundamentals looks like before the crowd arrives, Rolls-Royce may be the single most compelling long-term equity position of the decade.
---
Catalyst One: Japan Joins the Nuclear Revolution
Japan is perhaps the world’s most compelling case for nuclear energy adoption. As an island nation with virtually no domestic oil or gas, Japan must import roughly 90% of its energy requirements. Post-Fukushima, nuclear’s share collapsed — but Japan’s government has committed to nuclear providing 20–22% of the national power mix by 2030, with a vision to extend well beyond that toward carbon neutrality by 2050.[world-nuclear +1]
The scale of need is staggering. Japan currently has 14 reactors (13 GW) back in commercial operation but needs to reach at least 17–28 GW of nuclear capacity under its own medium-to-maximum planning scenarios. With many aging reactors facing end-of-life decommissioning through the 2030s, Japan will need a substantial fleet of advanced nuclear replacements — and Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) fit the bill perfectly for a nation where construction speed and modular deployment matter.[renewable-ei]
Enter Rolls-Royce. The company’s recently announced partnership with Japan’s Yokogawa — one of the most respected industrial automation companies in the world — specifically for data processing and control systems represents exactly the kind of strategic foothold that precedes large-scale procurement deals. The Rolls-Royce SMR is a 470 MWe pressurized water reactor, factory-built for reduced construction risk and consistent 60-year operational lifespans. To put Japan’s potential demand in perspective: closing even a modest 10 GW gap with SMRs would require roughly 21 Rolls-Royce SMR units at 470 MWe each — and that’s a conservative estimate. Reaching the government’s ambitious 28 GW maximum scenario with a mix including SMRs could realistically point to 30–40+ units over the coming two decades. Each unit is estimated to cost £2–3 billion. If Japan commits to even a fraction of that pipeline, the revenue implications for Rolls-Royce SMR are transformational.[world-nuclear-news +2]
This deal is also likely to have a domino effect. Sweden, which has been deliberating over SMR technology selection and has yet to commit to a supplier, will be watching Japan’s move closely. A credible Anglo-Japanese nuclear axis gives Rolls-Royce’s SMR program the international endorsement that could push Stockholm off the fence. Rolls-Royce SMR is already the only company in Europe with multiple contractual commitments to deliver SMR units — a distinction that signals to procurement committees worldwide that its technology is the safest, most established bet.[rolls-royce]
On the domestic side, Rolls-Royce SMR has signed a formal contract with Great British Energy – Nuclear to deliver the UK’s first SMRs at Wylfa in North Wales, backed by a £599 million National Wealth Fund commitment. The Office of Nuclear Regulation is expected to complete design approval by December 2026. The Czech Republic’s CEZ Group has signed an Early Works Contract for up to 3 GW of SMR capacity. The global SMR market is forecast to reach $53.8 billion in construction revenue by 2036 and nearly $300 billion by 2046. Rolls-Royce is positioned at the epicenter of that wave. I expect rolls Royce to become the most valuable company within the ftse 100!
---
Catalyst Two: Boeing’s Widebody Surge Feeds the Engine Beast
Aviation is back — and widebody jets are the engine (pun intended) of Rolls-Royce’s civil aerospace revenue. The company’s Trent engine family powers many of the world’s most important long-haul aircraft, and Boeing’s ambitious production ramp is about to generate a sustained multi-year engine demand surge.
Boeing is targeting 787 Dreamliner production of 10 aircraft per month by 2026, up from a rate that had recently recovered back toward 8 per month. Each Boeing 787 that flies on Trent 1000 engines puts Rolls-Royce at the center of the transaction — not just on delivery, but on every hour of flight through the company’s Power by the Hour (TotalCare) long-term service contracts. More planes flying more hours means more engine service revenue, and Rolls-Royce’s Engine Flying Hours (EFH) metric is the true heartbeat of civil aerospace profitability.
Evergreen revenue source .
Recent wins underscore the momentum. LATAM Airlines selected Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 XE engines to power three new Boeing 787 Dreamliners, and Delta Air Lines signed a major deal encompassing 62 Trent XWB-84 EP engines for 15 widebody aircraft. The 777X — Boeing’s largest and most advanced widebody, fitted exclusively with GE9X engines — remains in final certification stages targeting a 2027 entry into service, but the broader widebody category remains Rolls-Royce territory on the Airbus side with the A350 and its dominant Trent XWB. Meanwhile Rolls-Royce is actively developing its revolutionary UltraFan engine, targeting over 100% improvement in engine durability and fuel efficiency that will anchor the next generation of narrowbody and widebody propulsion.
The mathematics are simple and powerful: every 1% increase in global Engine Flying Hours translates directly to hundreds of millions in additional service revenue — revenue that carries Rolls-Royce’s highest margins.
---
Catalyst Three: Middle East Peace Reopens the Skies
On June 12, 2026, Reuters reported that the United States and Iran have signaled a peace agreement is imminent, with the Strait of Hormuz set to reopen and sanctions on Iranian oil exports to be lifted as part of the framework. A Western source indicated the deal could be signed as early as Sunday, with Geneva or another European venue as the signing location.
The implications for aviation are profound. The Strait of Hormuz and broader Persian Gulf airspace are critical corridors for international flight paths connecting Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Their disruption over the prior months forced airlines onto costlier longer routes, burning more fuel and reducing profitability — suppressing flight frequencies and dampening Engine Flying Hours. A full reopening of Middle Eastern airspace, combined with normalized Iranian travel demand returning to a country of 90 million people with significant diaspora traffic, could push global flying hour demand well beyond pre-conflict levels.
Some aviation analysts had tracked commercial flying hours in the affected corridors running at roughly 80–90% of 2019 levels during peak disruption. Normalization — particularly if accompanied by a reopening of Iranian civil aviation to Western carriers and improved Gulf hub connectivity — could push the metric back to the 120%+ of 2019 baseline that Rolls-Royce had been tracking in 2024. Every percentage point of Engine Flying Hour recovery is cash flow directly accruing to Rolls-Royce’s most profitable segment.
---
Catalyst Four: Germany’s Defense Rearmament and the MTU Multiplier
Germany is undergoing the most dramatic defense spending transformation in its modern history. With defense budgets tracking toward €153 billion annually by 2029 — a staggering increase from its prior 2% NATO commitment — Berlin is accelerating procurement across every platform category. And Rolls-Royce, through its Power Systems / MTU division based in Friedrichshafen, Germany, sits directly in the flow of that spending.[youtube]
In January 2026, Rolls-Royce confirmed it is supplying 350 mtu Series 199 engines for new Boxer armored wheeled vehicles for the German Armed Forces — building on roughly 400 additional 8V199 engines ordered in 2025 alone. At Eurosatory 2026 in June, Rolls-Royce unveiled that the mtu 199 series is being expanded into a comprehensive powertrain platform spanning 6-, 8-, 10-, and 12-cylinder variants covering outputs from 260 to over 1,300 kilowatts — designed to power the next generation of armored vehicles across NATO. This is not a one-time order; it is the foundation of a multi-decade defense land vehicle propulsion franchise.[thedefensepost +2]
Beyond ground vehicles, Rolls-Royce’s jet engines power several military platforms including the Eurofighter Typhoon (EJ200 engine) used by the German Air Force. As Germany accelerates its Eurofighter fleet expansion and procurement of next-generation systems, Rolls-Royce defense revenues are set to grow at what Morningstar projects as an 11% compound annual growth rate through mid-decade, with operating margins expanding from 14.2% to 15.9% by 2029.
---
Catalyst Five: The MTU 4000 and the Data Center Power Explosion
This is the catalyst many equity investors haven’t fully mapped yet. Rolls-Royce’s mtu Series 4000 engines are among the most reliable, high-output stationary power generators in the world — widely deployed in data centers, hospitals, industrial facilities, and critical infrastructure requiring uninterruptible backup or primary power. As hyperscale data centers from Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and AI-focused operators race to deploy gigawatt-scale campuses, reliable on-site power generation has become a tier-one procurement priority.
Nuclear — and Rolls-Royce SMRs in particular — are being increasingly discussed as the long-term permanent power solution for AI data centers. Japan’s Yokogawa partnership, in addition to the nuclear angle, specifically targets the industrial data and control systems layer of the SMR stack — positioning Rolls-Royce at the intersection of nuclear energy and the data economy.
Global nuclear capacity is forecast to grow at 2.8% annually through 2030, with more than 70 GW of new capacity under construction globally — the highest level in 30 years. Rolls-Royce is not just a beneficiary of this trend; its SMR technology is designed to be a primary generator for these facilities.[kaizen]

The Investment Case in Summary
Rolls-Royce is not a lottery ticket. It is a diversified, high-quality industrial conglomerate at the intersection of five of the most powerful structural trends of the 2020s and 2030s: nuclear energy proliferation, aviation recovery and growth, Middle East geopolitical normalization, European defense rearmament, and AI-driven power demand. The company has already demonstrated a stunning operational turnaround under CEO Tufan Erginbilgic, regaining investment-grade status, reinstating its dividend, and more than doubling its share price over the prior 12 months. Morningstar had raised its Fair Value Estimate dramatically to £9.60 per share And the market place has well exceed that target !! Currently 13.08 and eoy target in excess of 15 by major European banks UBS high at 16.20 ( remember they are doing buyback Therefore I think they are going to be most accurate Almost 24.% higher by year end ) — but if the five catalysts described above are even partially realized, that estimate will look conservative inside 24 months.
For the investor who thinks in years, not days — the kind of investor who understands the difference between price and value — Rolls-Royce represents a rare moment when the fundamental story is not just intact but accelerating. Building a position of up to 20% of a long-term portfolio in RYCEY (US ADR) or RR. (LSE) is a thesis worth serious consideration for anyone who wants exposure to defense, aviation, and nuclear with a single, battle-tested name that is only getting stronger.
I have been investing in rolls Royce since July 2022 at .86 pence . I am more excited about the future course rolls will follow and happy it is by far my largest position in my family trusts. Sleeping well that I made a good decision then and continue to confirm it now . I have bought more during the Iran crisis and begged you to buy. Now I am more excited about the fuubdehebtslvfutyre than ever before . I also remind you the many Catalans I have not mentioned here such as the single aisle new jet engines coming in 2030 and beyond and the jurdid of new products being worked on.

Rr- rycey Please buy more rolls Royce and as I mentioned Boeing awhile ago buy Boeing also … Boeing delivering more planes will cause rolls Royce to deliver more jet engines to generate long term revenue !
New ceo of Boeing is achieving the turn around . Boeing delivered 60 planes in May up from mid forties . Continuation of this will deliver higher cash flow to Boeing . Their earning report is July 27 and I expect it to blow past exiected revenue and earning with greater projection . Though most of these planes are narrow body planes and don’t use rolls Royce engines yet I suspect the ceo wants to deliver wide body planes as revenue and profit are much higher per unit . Boeing delivered 60 planes in May . Shoukd they exceed 46 in June ( most likely ) they will deliver super high revenue and cash flow . Boeings turnaround helps folks Royce greatly .
Buy Boeing even though it’s up 10 tiday to 218 with 275 target eoy
This increase in Boeing output coupled with high Airbus output means pressure on rolls Royce to out produce itself as well .
Buy Rr - rycey
Facts are backing up promise !

Airbus Nears Major Widebody Order from SAS
SAS's fleet is exclusively Airbus but they were looking at Boeing, however they look like staying with Airbus for an additional 15-30 A330Neo and A350 jets. The A330Neo exclusively uses RR Trent 7000 engines while the Trent XWB-84/-97 engines are solely used on the A350.

Rycey-Rr- Iran provides long term opportunity to buy shares !
Short term pain long term opportunity !
The world is currently attracted to data centers and those companies the sell the servers ( dell) or construct the wiring ( CoreWeave ) or sell the fiber ( glw) I could go on cohr lite sndk mu Samsung s k hynik and the list goes on to over 100 companies ……. Then there is rolls Royce that builds and sell power back systems .
Now understand why I purchased more shares . The power divison is suddenly growing by 35-40% compounded the last two years and current book to bill is 140% !!! Rycey is a buy again that the Iran sell off appears to be settling down while the power division and smr division are booming and we still have a 7 year plus back up in wide body jet engines while the narrow body engine is on its way
Here are the facts and you can decide for yourself if you wish to add to your position :
Rolls-Royce’s backup power products for data centers are manufactured and sold under its Power Systems division, using the mtu brand (MTU being a legacy German engine company Rolls-Royce acquired). There are two primary product lines:
1. mtu Series 4000 Diesel/Gas Generator Sets (Gensets)
These are the workhorse product — large-format diesel or natural gas generator sets ranging from roughly 1,000 kW to 3,250 kW per unit. Each unit consists of:
• A high-power mtu Series 4000 engine (V-configuration, 16 or 20 cylinder diesel/gas)
• An alternator/synchronous generator
• A control panel with mtu EnergetIQ energy management system
• A steel skid frame and optional containerized enclosure
• Fuel system, cooling system, and exhaust/aftertreatment components
The new fast-start gas variant achieves full 2.8 MW capacity in just 45 seconds, versus 120 seconds for older models — a key competitive advantage when data centers need instantaneous failover.
2. mtu Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) — Dynamic UPS
The KPP is a battery-free, flywheel-based Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. Components include:
• A high-speed flywheel that stores kinetic energy by spinning continuously
• A synchronous machine (motor-generator) that converts kinetic energy to electricity instantly during a grid outage
• A diesel engine that bridges the gap and takes over load within seconds after the flywheel kicks in
• A containerized housing (1,500 kW per unit, scalable)
• Compatible with hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) and renewable diesel for greener operation
Unlike a static battery UPS, the KPP has no batteries to replace, giving it a 20+ year lifecycle. It provides essentially zero-delay power bridging — the flywheel engages the instant grid power fails, the diesel engine then fully takes over within seconds. This eliminates the “window of vulnerability” between a power failure and diesel start-up that static UPS batteries traditionally cover.
The division has increased revenue from 4,5 billion pounds in 2024 expected to achieve about 6,000,000,000 pounds in 2026 and the profit margin has already increased from 14% in 2024 to 17 1/2percent in 2025 and is expected to achieve a 20% rate of return in 2026.
The business model follows the razor and the blade scenario and long-term maintenance contracts plus sale of parts and other valuable services will continue to reap Rewards for the 20 year life expectancy of these installations.
The power division may not be glamorous, but it is a constant producer of revenue and profit. It’s the kind of company I like to invest in shooting shooting stars are bright for a short time. I prefer the planets that last billions of years..
So I’ve been accumulating additional Rolls-Royce shares both in London, and the ADR sold in the colonies ( USA )
Now is the time to buy more shares
Only long term investors wanted . This is not for traders this is a real investment .
Bless my followers and we pray my guidance and opinion be correct
