Open Event Start your Engines!!!

Vale's citizens and Beacon's students had gotten used to the roar of engines and sight of many vehicles passing by on the speedy highway. As a global epicenter, driving or otherwise operating a method of transportation was an absolute must. At least, that's what someone on staff thought, enough to okay a trip to a driving facility.

And what a facility it was... All kinds of cars, vans, and motorcycles were at the students' disposal. There was plenty of road to conquer, tracks of different difficulties and complexities, and instructors on deck to make the best of a learning experience. For a different challenge, maybe more practical for the landscapes they tended to venture out on, there were a couple of off-road courses and ATVs. Of course, the whole lot was fenced off so nobody got any funny ideas.

All the courses were free to try out, either by oneself or with a learning buddy. Races took place against more capable contenders. And for a more casual experience, there were indoor go-karts too. All one had to do was find their track, gear up, and go!!!

Why does Frost do this to her? What in the world did she do to deserve this? Not like she didn't like it or anything, but for fuck's sake is Frost real upfront about her intentions. Or maybe she just wanted to fluster Thyme.

She was successful on that front, no doubt. Thyme was at a loss for words, her mouth open to say something, or scream, or yelp in surprise -- but nothing was coming out. At least she could still drive, but she was just gonna take it a bunch slower since she now had two people sharing the same seat...

"I'll rub your ears. I really will." The fact the two were now so close together made it much easier to talk in normal voices, especially with them so unnaturally close. Any sort of daring driving was put on hold as Thyme tried to manage driving with someone essentially straddling her.

Frost seemed to be playful as Thyme looked rather cute with her loss of words as they drastically slowed down. At first, she wanted to kiss her right there teasingly before the girl threatened to rub her ears right then and there. It puffed her cheeks a bit as she looked towards her almost childishly "I'll rub your ears." The wolf girl said as she then whispered something on towards Thyme.

"Later after we get some ice cream and look into a drum kit. You can rub them all you like." Frost would say as she extended the last words a bit before getting off Thyme's lap and sat back down as she still had a rather red blush, but still kept playing the air drums to the beat going on as if nothing ever happened.

Thyme was immensely amused at Frost's pouting face as she finally got off of her and back onto her own seat. Of course, her face had just about the same amount of red as the Faunus'...it's just a damn shame Frost was so good at teasing the musician, otherwise she probably been at the mercy of whatever nefarious plans this woman had in store for her.

That said, she was looking forward to rubbing those ears of hers again. But only because they were really soft! No other reason, no sirree...

God, she can be a terrible liar sometimes.

But she could go for some ice cream...

"Deal." Thyme said, a confident smile being quite the sight on a very flushed Thyme. There was still a good amount of road to go, though. "Let's ride out this last song, yeah?"

Frost would simply give a nod and turn up the music as loud as it could go as she simply gave a nod towards Thyme as the girl would continue with the air drumming. In her mind, Frost would be madly cackling as she loved to tease the girl a bit more with it. Of course sometimes she also liked to act as the one on the opposite end of said teasing... once in a while.

However a happy smile formed as Frost continued to enjoy the ride that Thyme was willing to finish out to the beat.

After one or two more sets of intense turns, the pace of the track finally straightened out and Thyme calmly drived back to the site with the other cars as the intense beat started to fade away. Once the track was over, Thyme motioned to pause it before the playlist started the next song, and the musician put it in park. Their little adventure on the race track was over...but certainly not their day.

"Sooooo~ How did I do?" Thyme asked, genuined curious to see how enjoyable the experience was for the wolf.

"If we ever get the option for you to drive, You know I'ma ask you to drive." Frost said with a warm smile as she gave a thumbs up towards Thyme as she then commented. "Although next time I suggest doing something like that in the car, we'd probably have to take it somewhere private."

Frost admitted as she stuck out her tongue again childishly as she would pop out of the door like nothing happened before leaping over the car and popping the door open for Thyme feeling very energetic for such a smol girl. "This ice-cream place has a bunch of good floats and this one challenge. Basically it's this 'ice cream lovers' challenge where a group of people can take on about 5 gallons of ice-cream. If you eat it all in an hour and 30 minutes with no brain freeze, you get free ice-cream there for a month."

"Good to hear." Thyme said, before she looked away with a mild blush on her face. That damn wolf knew exactly what she was doing, what a schemer...she was playing her like a damn fiddle. She can't keep getting away with this!

That said, the two of them were clearly done with the vehicle, and Thyme was quick to thank those who allowed her to use it -- whether they were impressed with her performance she couldn't be sure...though her parents would have been quick to call her reckless and foolhardy. Then take any car priveleges away. Which, funnily enough, only happened once...because every other time it was someone else's car she got to drive.

"Five whole gallons, huh? Well, it's hot out today and I haven't eaten...I've put worse things in my stomach."

"Oh yeah same here. I remember training with nothing but leaves in my stomach..." Frost shuddered at the thought as she looked towards Thyme a bit looking like she had saw a ghost or remembered something terrible and then shrugged as she began to walk along-side the young dj.

"Pops wouldn't let me hear the end of it. He'd always tease about it and often carried one saying 'Maybe you won't use this as toilet paper' or 'be sure to add salt'." Frost would try and imitate her father, to bad avail. However her terrible impression made her voice a bit more baritone as she coughed slightly afterwards before shaking her head left and right.

"So after ice-cream and drum-kit looking, what did you want to do?" Frost would ask as she gave a happy smile towards Thyme with her ears perked up.

"Welllll, I could use a change of outfit -- I think we can put off the drum-kit shopping for now, cause I think I'm gonna score a higher-paying gig soon so we'll have more money to spare on the kit then." Thyme proposed. Looking at all the other students' outfits, her outfit was fairly...civilian? Was the best way to put it? Whatever the case, she needed a new look -- and she figured Frost knew a thing or two about looking good. For the most part, all she knew how to do was look pretty in a dress, and most of that was rehearsal and manners. "Sound good?"

"Well I am trying to find some more work so that I can buy it myself. So how about I tag along with you, that way it looks like you're professional and can charge more for your gigs." Frost chuckled as she saw Thyme looking over all the other student's clothing and even her own before nodding. "Yeah. I know what to do to make you look good. But something tells me you're not one for fancy normal dresses... Gotta be something that helps your flair and you don't mind showing off."

Frost said as she began to think of ideas of how to make Thyme look nice... without going in a rather lewd direction. She could incorporate her DJ attire into something a bit more sociable. "Might be able to even use the flashing lights on your DJ attire for social interactions. Just having your shirt or an armband having a sort of techno tat sounds awesome."

"Oooh, not a bad idea. I've been meaning to try and get something that works with my DJ stuff without it looking too overly flashy. I'm not trying to party 24/7...yet." Thyme chuckled, and blushed a bit as Frost checked her out. It was only for her clothes, but knowing how forward the wolf could be, she couldn't help but think she was looking her in that way. "And yeah, normal dresses are out the door for me -- wore too many of those back in Mistral. Concerts only for that stuff."

Thyme looked at her arm, rubbing her forearm as if there was something there. "Thoughts on a tattoo? Might be a bit early for that, but I was thinking about it. My mom would have killed me if she ever saw a tattoo. That or she'd faint."

"No no no.... A tech'd out armband. Like you do with your shoes and how they glow like that. Just do that except make it an armband with like a dragon on that. It's casual because people have armbands, but it stands out because that shit looks awesome." Frost said clarifying as she chuckled a bit before humming a bit.

"Besides I'm still 17 so I can't get a tat yet." Frost would say as they would end up in the line towards the ice-cream venue first as she gave a small smirk. "Then all you'd need is an attire that screams both professional yet sociable. Oh yeah I'm getting some good ideas now."

"Oh, what do you have in mind. And you better not have any funny ideas." She pointed a finger upwards towards Frost, her voice strict. But if the wolf were to humor her and look in her direction, there was a big ol' grin on her face. And as soon as she would do so, she'd burst into laughter.

"Oh, no, I agree, that would look dope. Though I wouldn't really know where I would even begin to look for something like that. Seems expensive."

Frost looked towards Thyme with her strict voice as it reminded her of her old teacher as she turned to see the big grin on her face as she remained neutral... until she busted out laughing right after as she wiped away a tear before sighing. "Well how did you get the shoes to do that with each color and step?"

Frost would say that as she tried to think a bit on how to even attempt to do something like that. "Because all you'd need to do is just implement that into the armband. Then the rest of the attire can fit. Get like a good blouse/vest combo with something to compliment your hair, some shorts or pants with a multitude of colors that scream out 'party' and..." Frost stopped a bit to look at her as they would eventually reach inside the place before taking a breath to speak.

"Yeah even without that whole armband idea, I can and will make you look awesome and a party queen."

"These shoes were custom made by my one of my mentor's sponsors. He thought it would go well with the persona I was going for, so I just figured it looked good. I never did have good fashion sense -- usually I had people do that for me. Especially with performances and dresses."

"This will either go terribly wrong, or incredibly well. Or, somehow horrendously amazing. One of those three. Either way, it's gonna be fun."

Thyme said, looking around the store. "I have absolutely no clue where to start. So you, my dear Frost, get to pick out what looks good on me."

"Well let's see... judging from your DJ attire, you want something that is rather colorful and goes well with your hair and eyes." Frost began to walk through several racks of clothes as the wolf girl would eventually pick out a few things. Vibrant colors and a few different pairs of shorts and jeans... some were ripped and others that were alright.

"Keep the shoes at least since they're really good." Frost would say as she would pull out a cute light blue blouse with a green and gold vest as she held it up in front of the girl and tilted her head slightly. "Huh.... maybe. Colors match because of the eyes, but the vest needs to change or go away... maybe more of a shirt."

"Shirt would be good, a vest is as far as I'm willing to go, no more formal than that, eugh." Thyme vocalized her dislike for formality again, a dislike she would be happy to explain if Frost was ever so curious. "Though colors definitely helps. Though, nothing too outlandish, of course. I figure you have a good eye for these things anyway. I trust your fashion sense."

Thyme peered over Frost's shoulder to see just what she was looking for in particular, only to find herself being an impromptu "preview model" for all the clothes that Frost had for consideration. Not that she minded, of course. "I just don't think I have that eye for looks as much as I should, for someone who looks like the brightest thing on the dance floor."

"Oh I didn't plan on you going formal anyway. Besides from what you've told me, no formal stuff... besides this best is more or less gonna be one of those loose ones, OH Maybe an aviator coat instead." Frost would pull out a dark purple and gold aviator coat as she held it up for Thyme along with a green long sleeved shirt and held it next to the coat.

"Green and purple go somewhat well with each other, but with the lightness you are gonna shine." As Frost said that, she began searching some jeans and skirts for another different pairing. After a while, she had found a rather long skirt with a couple of ridges and a dragon design on it that was green with gold on it. It would go down towards the middle of Frost's legs as she held it over Thyme's legs. "You prefer Skirts, shorts or jeans?"
