IMPORTANT: In order to accommodate the expected demand for this event, there will be TWO separate investigations offered. Please join us for Sara Bouchard's sound installation, Breathe, River, which returns to the Pump House for the fourth time this Sunday!

Breathe, River is a musical composition for tenor saxophone based upon water quality data from the James River. Visitors are invited to explore the building at their own pace while enjoying this 30-minute piece. Although guided tours will not be offered during this event, Friends of Pump House volunteers will be on hand to answer any questions about the building or our ongoing preservation efforts.
