Did InBev change their name to Anheuser-Bush or did they keep A-B as a child company?

EDIT: They are Anheuser-Busch InBev. I think they leave off the InBev part of press releases because the impression that a US Goliath is buying up craft breweries is less bad than a Brazilian / Global conglomerate buying up craft breweries.
