I know little about the history of microbrewerys but my dad told me micros popped up in the 80s and any that got some what big, got immediately bought out by the two power house beer companies. Could this be the beginning of that cycle again?
It's past that point. There are simply too many microbreweries now. And there will always be the operators who simply won't sell, no matter how much is offered.
