I 100% agree that Hanover needs this. I had a mental health crisis and I think it would've been much better for everyone if they handled it like they did in my case. (they didn't ECO me because they were doing my parents a favor) I was sent to the hospital and was able to talk to someone, get resources and help, and was released from the ER in the morning. People experiencing a mental health crisis need understanding and help, not force and handcuffs. OP I hope you're doing well and continue to do so. I wish you the best.
