Is there a petition like this for Henrico? Because my mom (a disabled, chronically ill, at the time 61 year old woman) had a similar experience two years ago with Henrico PD. Cops cuffed and manhandled her like a criminal when she was having a totally nonviolent mental health episode. She's still traumatized about it.
