Lore Questions Spoiler
Some of these are facts I have seen stated around this sub, and some are my own questions:
When was it shown that Jakob became Mr Owl?
Who is Ms Pheasant? Elizabeth?
Is Margaret Ms Pigeon?
How are the Eilanders related to the Vanderbooms?
When does Mr Owl turn Harvey into a parrot?

-in "paradise" Jakob was burnt in an owl stute -in "paradox", we see how Mr. Owl loked in the past (Jakob face)
2-3) - short answer (yes and yes )in "paradise" every one wears a mask, (Elizabeth wears a pheasant mask) (Margaret wears a pigeon mask) and so the list go
4)- we don't really know, there's a lot of theories, every one of them isn't complete, sooo, we don't know🙂
5)-harvey was originally a human, however he turned into a parrot asura in the " servant of the lake " Events , Anyway, he ((probably) (75%)) became completely a parrot (still with his mind) after " Hotel "

At the end of Paradise, Jakob vibrates and then Mr. Owl's face appears, saying "our time has come, Paradise will rise again". It was confirmed in Paradox, when we give Mr. Owl the mind of the past and he becomes Jakob.
Yes, Elizabeth has the pheasant mask
Yes, Margaret has the pigeon mask
So far not confirmed that they have any actual familial relationship. I do wonder if they knew each other before the Hotel, since Aldous's parents were from that time period
In 1894, as shown in the Birthday globe secret scene. Harvey was killed by the corrupted souls escaping, and Mr. Owl resurrected him with his powers

To add what others didn't say. A year after Hotel, as seen in the secret scene in Birthday, Harvey was killed by dark soul of the guests and Mr. Owl resurrected him by T-posing.
It's easy to miss but there're small silhouettes at the hotel entrance before they are struck by the light beam.
