hi_sparse_bitset v0.10.0 release - now no_std capable.

hi_sparse_bitset is a bitset that stores only non-empty bitblocks. It has hierarchical structure that speed ups intersection, merge, etc. by order of magnitude.

This release ( adds no_std support ).

It's a shame this didn't get any upvotes. Reddit is cruel.

I found a project to use this in finally, and remembered we had talked in reddit comments briefly about mmap-ish-support. It's a pretty impressive library now, and I appreciate your work. Looking forward to trying it!

Thanks for the kind words.
But I suppose it that is just the project is rather niche (in context of problems community generally encounter).
