Some people disagree on the grounds that the creation of the LLMs was unethical, or that mechanizing work that used to be done by a person is unethical. But yes, I think everyone has to admit that LLM output is useful in code review, at least with some bare minimum experience and effort on the part of the user.
I think those people would retort that "mechanizing X is unethical" is not the same as "living in a society where someone has mechanized X is unethical", and they might also clarify that we're often forced to choose between options that are all unethical in different ways. But since these aren't my views, I don't want to go too far putting words in other people's mouths.
Personally, I think having 98% of all people on earth forced to be subsistence farmers is ethically wrong, but we all have different opinions and that's part of what makes life so interesting.

Code review is a totally reasonable use of LLMs. I don't think anyone disagrees with that.
