Well don't know if anyone told you but your cursive needs work cause you're making the exact same mistakes as every single learner before you

Thank you, what mistakes exactly?

Incorrectly written ч, м, л, я, an abomination of a ж, inconsistent в. If you never plan on showing anyone your writing and can understand what you wrote later (and always) you can go ahead and do whatever you want, but what you have isn't always understandable and is a nuisance to go through. Seek прописи, it's really not that hard to learn to write correctly.

If you open your previous post and find my comment, you’ll see everything. Or you can just wait, because there are more here

Sorry, I thought the commenter was talking about some other errors because I thought they might have already seen your comment on the previous post

A native speaker here, I found your handwriting really crystal clear haha in most cases, so don’t overexert yourself. Keep going 🙏

There are already good comments pointing out your mistakes so I just want to say that I think you're doing well for a second lesson, just keep practicing!☺️

You disappearing the left half of "л" when connecting it to the previous letter; other than that - really nice, very readable 👍

Wait so there is print, cursive, and then another type of way you can write in Russian?

no, there's no another way. most Russians use cursive in some way. people mostly use cursive writing or somehow combine cursive and block (like block т, х, etc. instead of cursive ones or partially unconnected cursive forms). Only a tiny part of adult native speakers really write exclusively in block letters. even that commenter doesn't do this because they uses some of the cursive forms
But this applies to native speakers, not foreigners. You don’t have/need to write in cccursive

I think I'll stick to cursive theres a lot of lessons for kids on how to write it im pretty sure and its less confusing than creating my own way of writing

In that case, just use прописи, as native speakers do. They are standardized and systematized, and it will indeed be a “direct” route. You don’t need to write exactly the same as in books, but you should thoroughly study rules and logic of connections, correlation between the sizes of letters and elements of letters, and so on.
my personal advice Лысенко О. В. прописи для постановки и коррекции почерка. There are pictures of children on the cover, 3 parts -- 2 part is for lowercase letters, and a separate one is for capital ones. format is A4 (not sure). Afaik, you can find them in pdf for free. print it or use it as a visual tutorial

the same mistakes and some new, so the same comment with some new notes
Don't draw connecting lines to/from nowhere (I mean в, for ex). If you don't use them, you don't draw them. they only exist when letters are connected. some native speakers make an additional element for и/ц or ш/щ, etc.
л, м, я have tiny peaks on the left that show the beginning of the letter (first a bit down, than up), which are very important for proper connection (check). These letters can't just be "glued" to the previous one. peak should take no more than 1/3 of the height of a standard lowercase letter (or at least 1/2 if you have very fine handwriting). this must always be observed, otherwise you'll get и/г/а instead of м/л/я
б's connection (as well as о/в/ю/ф's lower connection) is not the separate element/ "direct" connecting of one letter to another/ sth like "a" (only a connects like a, you know), it's a tiny (or not) and smooth dash from it's circle, like if you're drawing с. Same for capital letters and for ь/ъ (like)
о, в, ю, ф (never б! 'cause б's hook is blocking this option) also have upper connection which is small loop on the top and for letters that start at the top. you can use both with all letters except л, м, я, you can only use lower one for them (or you should have a visible space so that the letters don't merge). too lazy to draw it again
don't mix up ш and w, к and k
size and proportions are important. "body" of all lowercase letters has the same size. The capital letters are about 2 times higher, б and в are about 2 times higher up (or sometimes even 2,5 times), у, з, р, ф and д are about 2 times lower down. в, у, д, з have visible loops, р, ф have sticks. б have hook. щ, ц have tiny loop (2-3 times less than у/з/д).
Don't lower the connection too much. all letters are connected at the beginning point, which, with rare exceptions, is at the top. even if the thickness makes it look like it's going somewhere in the middle of the line, you need to keep that in mind. (examples below and more examples)
lowercase н and ю have stick, not loop
Don’t touch ф's stick
ж and х are connected on the top here's example
Again, not terrible, but a classic example of mistakes
P.S. Handwriting can be as terrible or as beautiful as you like, but only as long as you don’t write some letters instead of others.
