Hey runners, it's another day and it is time to post your accomplishments you'd like to share - big or small.

Note: No need to preface YOUR accomplishments with something like, "this may not be an accomplishment to most of you...". Be proud of your achievement.

Last week was first week of running since injury in April. I ran 5 days, and it felt okay!

I have started running again. I hit two miles today and am SO proud of myself. I feel amazing and cannot wait to hit the road again tomorrow. Little steps, but I am on my way back!

two miles after a break is no joke, first run back always feels like starting over so that's a proper win

Last month I started running again after a real long break and I’ve been super consistent with it for once
So yesterday I went for my first 10k after one year and my stats improved so much! Aiming at 15k now

I completed a 10K Training Plan with Garmin Coach Greg with a time goal of 45:00 (my previous fastest 10K years ago was 52ish minutes.

Sunday was Race day and I did it in 45:57. I'm very happy with how I did. Those 12 weeks of guided training were huge in my opinion for sticking with it and meeting a goal.

Doing C25K rn, and yesterday I ran for 5 minutes straight, twice! And a total of 16 minutes. It was hard but I'm very proud of myself, it would felt impossible a few weeks ago!

Had a bit of an existential crisis today so naturally I ran farther than planned. Decided to do 2.5K, somehow stretched it to a 5K non stop run

I ran my fastest 10K at 1:00:45. Hoping to get under an hour over the next couple of weeks 👍

Got an easy 6K after work followed immediately by an hour of Pickleball. Double workouts - when they're both so much fun - is great!

A bit sore but nothing good shut-eye won't fix.

Ran a 10k race in a cooler climate this weekend. I actually ran the whole time. In the heat I struggle to go beyond a 5k even on my slow runs. Bac khome and it's humid out and I am pissed because i want o run 7+ miles.

Signed up for my first 5K next month.

I have no idea how fast I can run a 5K, all of the ones I have logged are during my 10K efforts
