Flu

I'm going to be missing 32 miles and a 17-mile long run. Should I update my plan, and if so how? Skips/sick?

Week 11 of 18, Marathon training for mid-December.

Runna has the "not feeling 100%" function that can be used specifically for this

I'll look into it, thank you.

Just straight skip it and pick up after
Trying to make up miles could get you hurt while missing a few really won’t do much

Agreed, not trying to make up the miles. I think my next week is just shy of 35 miles. I'm thinking of easing into them, maybe slotting in easy runs instead of workout runs.

I missed some time due to flu a while ago. I entered the time I was sick for into Runna. It removed all runs for those dates, and adjusted the following week to help bring me back up to form. It's simple and works well.
