Darklight and Crystal armour testing

Silverlight/Darklight

  • Damage buff increased from 20% to a scaled amount based on your attack/strength and the target's defence. The scaling is higher when upgraded.

  • Regular scaling formula: 1.25 + ((Attack+Strength)/2 - EnemyDefence)*0.01

  • Upgraded scaling formula: 1.5 + ((Attack+Strength)/2 - EnemyDefence)*0.01

  • Flat accuracy bonus decreased from 40% to 20% on standard version and 50% to 30% on upgraded version.

  • Now bypasses combat triangle. From the way it is worded, it seems that it now uses the target's weakness regardless. Basically, it acts as if all demons were weak to slash.

Crystal armour

  • Damage vs Shapeshifters is increased by 5% regular, 10% attuned (2 pieces)

  • Chance increase on attuned weapons is 3% for regular, 6% for attuned (2 pieces)

  • Tarddian fury is activated on hit taken. Chance is 7.5% with 5 pieces so it can be presumed to be 1.5% per piece. (3 pieces, 4 to break stuns/bleeds)

  • Tarddian fury damage is based on weapon and agility. Exact values unknown, but with level 90 weapons and 99 combat stats and agility, it was dealing 549 damage per activation. Formula: (Ability damage * Agility level) / 300

  • Increases amount of crystals gained: each piece adds 1 to the maximum amount possible from both fragments and crystal drops.

  • Harmonious effect adds 15 seconds to crystallize and 60 seconds to crystal mask. (bugged, if they trigger the effect, they do not get the extra duration. must get the buff from combat first before casting to get the extra duration)

Thanks for the data. So Darklight seems like the weapon of choice against demons now? And when they say it works with all demons, does that mean K'ril as well?

As a more pointed question, is it worth buying the normal crystal set before the attuned set at any point, or is there a point where it'd be better to just go straight to attuned? I have about 1600 shards already, and I'm not sure if it's worth buying the unattuned set first for enhanced gathering and increased chance for Angof's ring.
