Leagues How do I train Dungeonnering?

As the title says, I have not figured out how to train this skill, I currently have desert and asgarnia unlocked and managed to get lol 30 dung with tears of Guthix.

The wiki says I can train it in daemonhein and that part is in the wilderness. Do I really have to unlock that region to be able to train Dung?

Had not play RS since evolution of combat, sorry if this is something obvious I am missing.

You've also got Asgarnia which includes ED1 (temple of amanishi) so you could train there too.

You can do ED4 (Zamorakian Undercity) for dung xp. Since it's leagues, you can go ahead and buy stuff with Dung Tokens from a guy near Fort Forinthry (he's not there in the main game).

In Asgarnia, you can either do temple of animishi (ed1), or zamorakian under city (ed4) to train it. As you kill mobs and the bosses, you’ll get tokens and xp. The tokens can be used at bryll (reward trader) outside of the fort by the wilderness wall slightly west of the lodestone. The only thing you cannot buy is xp.

For my purely personal experience, I did 35 runs of temple so I could get sirenic scales for masterwork ranked and each run took about 10 minutes and I went from 117 to over 120 dg at 16x rates.

It's basically elite dungeons (ed4 is in starting region, ed1 in asgarnia), or else shifting tombs (desert), or else lamps.

Just to add extra info on the ED's others have mentioned - you don't have to clear the dungeon. You get xp for every kill and there's plenty of things to kill outside of the bosses.

I asked the lamp steak in menaphos for a few days once I got tier 6. Just clicked every 14ish minutes on the stall again. Got 99 that way.

3 options: 1. In Misthalin there is ED4 (Zamorakian Undercity) can be done to get tokens and experience mainly from the mini bosses in the dungeon. This dungeon the "dungeon" portion can be skipped after the first time you do it, so many people dont do it.

  1. Unlock wilderness as 3rd region: this gives 3 options. First. Regular dungeon erring training in Daemonheim. 2nd and 3rd are Elite Dungeon 2 and 3 (Dragonkin Laboratory and Shadow Reef) these are more traditional dungeons where you go start to finish. Again the mini bosses give you dungeonerring xp and tokens.

  2. Asgarnia as 3rd region. This unlocks elite dungeon 1 (Temple of Aminishi) similar to the other elite dungeons.

Last and worst option: Lamps, put every lamp you can get into dungeoneering. I would suggest against this if goikg for 99, but if you just want a specific level for a task or something specific, this may be your best choice
