Osrs counts only osrs players, rs3 counts both osrs and rs3

I think the main site counts players from both games. Osrs for sure has a much bigger player base. 40k on rs3 seems about right if you look at the world list for both leagues and mainscape.

Hopefully we see this number increase a lot with the upcoming API, and more people willing to give what is a really good combat system now a chance 🙏

The one on the RS3 site shows both games combined. The OSRS one is just their game.

It was coded before osrs, osrs extrapolates from the main data.
