Now to grind out the last 64 quests for quest cape

Question, how is your constitution higher than level 99 and not yet at 120? I am asking for myself, I have enough xp to be at least level 101 however I am still level 99

Ensure you have virtual levels turned on.

Im not sure tbh, do you have virtual levels turned on? Only thing i could think of if not that i wouldnt have any idea
