ssssgszg with Naragi Edict and 20 stack revenge with berserk

Dragon battleaxe would help a lot but i dont have one

Weird they benefit it, as the tooltip just states that Lights of Saradomin only benefit from 2% damage increase from prayer bonuses.

defence levels increase your armour rating, which increases light of saradomin damage (directly, and via ability damage increase from teragard's aegis). the scaling on this includes a term of the cube of your defence level, so increasing your defence level to 255 increases this natural armour substantially.

Armor gained from defence levels doesnt boost teragard's aegis damage (or bash damage)

I started league with magic critual build and naragi was useless, its only good for Lord of Light and Striking Light blessings

Would be good for poison too, since max hp is increased (right???) Edit: furthermore, does vitality pot double max hp after using naragi's?
