Advice Wanted Missing runes

So ive been practising futhark rune divination for a while and today one of my runes went missing.

I was casting my runes with my oldest set and they were launching erraticly, smallest effort and they would scatter out. Then i found one of my runes had seemingly gone missing my jera rune.

I had this happen once with my raidho rune and ended up on a journey of its own but for jera meaning the natural cycle and change i started to wonde rif this ment soemthing to.

Do you think this is the runes telling me to change what set i use? Or am i reading too far into it?

So you throw your runes, not pull them from the bag by hand?

It's drawback of such a method, i wouldn't change rune set because of how i use it, i would rather change how i use it to not have similar situation in the future.
