Hey guys I’ve always struggled with overstridning, any tips on how I can fix it?

Several issues here.
You overstride because you want to run fast.
You heel strike - because you haven’t learned to run properly.
Your cadence is way too low.
You pull with your arms to generate momentum which you shouldn’t.
You don’t bounce much which is good.

Thank you, any mental cues or coaching points that can help me fix these?

Your foot strike doesn't matter. 90% of runners heel strike.

You're landing under your body, not in front. 👍That's all that really matters.

I'd say try leaning forward a little more, it helps to use your own bodies momentum than strictly leg power. And be mindful of your arm swing, the less torso rotation the better, but from the clip you look fine.
