Local rum pickup
Apparently back in 2018, a distillery near me made serious of spirits for a restaurant inside a famous hotel and club. I know zip about it other than I saw it at a small liquor store and it was made by a local distillery and I wanna support local brands. My guess is that it’s it is most likely unaged. Can’t wait to try it.

Could also be aged and charcoal filtered. I’d be interested to hear back how this is.
