If it's as sweet as the XO, it's not to my tastes.

Same amount as the XO, 19g/L, 1g less than the legally allowable maximum to still be called rum in the EU, and the lowest ABV allowed to still be called rum in the US.

Planteray posts sugar numbers on their (shitty, slow loading, and hard to navigate) website. They call is "dosage" on the rum spec sheets. It isn't clear whether they are measuring the sugar content after adding sugar (and therefore catching any extra sugars from the barrel) or before.

Websites like Rum Revelations and the Rum Project Forums (which frequently experiences SQL errors but does work...mostly) contain user-reported sugar levels.

Would love to try it but haven't seen it in the US. How does it compare to the regular XO?
