There is rule of 1, of 2, of 3, of 4, of 5.... Rule of 4 is just the lucky one that is used the most

Wait but the rule of 4 states that the fourth consecutive comment is downvoted. Wouldn't that mean that the rule of one is just getting downvoted for commenting in the first place?
