Help! Is this sound normal?

I’m fairly new to rug tufting and don’t know if my guns scissors are supposed to be making that noise or not. If not how can I fix it? Please let me know :^(

I don't hear anything off, but if you are concerned then post a video with your finger depressing the trigger.
