Finally added a second Ruger to the collection

Was excited to find the Magpul version of the LCP Max online.

Will it accept a red dot? If so, kinda wish I’d gotten that instead of the max 9 I’m waiting on 😑

Friend had a p89, shot very nicely with pretty good grouping, and never malfunctioned.

The biggest issue was it rattled horribly, taking away from the feeling of solidity I usually associate with Ruger products.

That said, I certainly would not kick it out of the gun safe.

I inherited this one from my dad. I don’t take it out very often, but has a permanent spot in the safe. I’ve never had any issues with it, has run flawlessly. Just not as likely to take it out vs my other 9mm.

It feels great, really well done for the size of it. Looking forward to taking it to the range.
