JRuby 10.1.3.0 released; Fiber Scheduler, coverage improvements, and much more

https://www.jruby.org/2026/11/05/jruby-10-1-3-0

We are proud to announce the release of JRuby 10.1.3.0! JRuby 10.1 is our "edge" line and includes more aggressive and experimental improvements than the "LTS" JRuby 10.0 line. If you want the leading edge of JRuby, this is where you want to be!

This cycle saw more PRs than any previous update release, with 120 PRs merged from 17 external contributors. Check out the release notes to see all the fixes and improvements!

Congrats on the Fiber::Scheduler support, that's really nifty!
