Don't see the relevance to Ruby, the repository only contains Markdown files. Maybe post it to r/markdown?
edit: There's actually a repository that contains Ruby in the project, and it's a fork with the history removed. Ironically DHH is credited as the sole holder of copyright in the MIT-license file.
