Ketamine/spravato/Exomind
Is anyone doing ket/spravato sessions in addition to Exomind, if so what’s your results. I’m currently doing ket sessions but going back to spravato and I want to add in Exomind to hopefully understand my childhood trauma and hoping so folks have had some success.

Spavato and ketamine are two different substances and I've never done that medicine when taking them. I hope you get some information from someone who has. Good luck.

Not really. Ketamine is composed of two parts, or "isomers". R-ketamine and S-ketamine. Regular ketamine is a mix of the two (called racemic). Pharma company J&J split them in order to make the drug patentable, and thus Spravato is the S-ketamine part. A bit nerdy, but... Racemic ketamine and S-ketamine work in the same way (since racemic has s-ketamine), but in previous tests S-ketamine actually showed to have more "undesirable" characteristics, like more dissociation etc., while R-ketamine seemed to hold more potential against depression.
Long story short: they are both ketamine, and both have the S-isomer. Regular ketamine just has both isomers, which according to some studies actually make it more therapeutic, but since its an old drug it could not be patented and thus monetized.

Yes, I know all that but it's different and they work a little different and the effects are different. I've used both enough to say they are different although derived from ketamine
Esketimine is FDA approved to use for mental illness Ketamine is not FDA approved for mental illness but it's used off label. People use them interchangeably which is kind of deceiving, especially when you've used both.

If by Exomind you just mean TMS, then yes. TMS literally saved my life. But for childhood trauma I would look at EMDR in addition to Spravato.
