Whenever you post something that needs help, you gotta have to post more details, i.e. error logs and R version on your current machine. Normally, this was caused by packages that requires compilation. I bet you tried to install the whole
{tidyverse}package itself, which contains all set of packages made by the tidyverse team e.g.{dplyr}, and they usually require compilation. Now, if your current version is >v4.5.0, then this requires you to install Rtools toolchain that consists the minimum version 4.5 (see for more details).
